This is the second time we come to Bulgaria and for both arrival I have used the motoroads service. We arrived to Sofia bus terminal very eary in the morning. It was a good opportunity to have tha transfer service from Motoroads . Driver was very kind and drived safely to Borovets Rila Hotel. Car was big enough. If I come to Borovets again I will call them again.

Pleasure, driver was waiting for us when we arrived in sofia and we where early so didnt expect him to be, Quick and smooth transfer. and again on the return journey driver was on time and again a quick smooth transfer. wouldnt not hestitate to recommend and will be using agin when we are in bulgaria. thank you.

Esperienza positiva. Il viaggio è andato bene, il conducente è stato puntuale sia all'andata che al ritorno e data la lunghezza del viaggio (da sofia a sunny beach) ha concesso la sosta a metà strada per colazione o pranzo.

Have been using Motoroads for 6 years, sometimes twice a year, this year they collected members of our family on three separate visits. They are always waiting for us at the airport, they check our flight arrivals and we have never been let down. They arrive early at our apartment to return us to the airport. The journey is pleasant, the drivers are friendly and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact will be using them every year.

We found the driver easily and on time. He helped us with the luggage. We got to the hotdml safetely and quickly. The baby seat was on car, as ordered.

Я заказал в компании "Motoroads" такси из Бургаса в Солнечный берег. Нас было 2 семьи (8 человек). Самолет опоздал на 2 часа, но водитель нас все равно ждал в аэропорту. Я очень переживал, что он может уехать. Водитель был крайне вежлив и дружелюбен. Помог погрузиться в машину. По русски не говорил, но мы легко нашли общий язык. Доставил до самых дверей гостиницы. Все прошло очень хорошо. Спасибо компании за хорошо оказанную услугу.

The driver was very funny, had a great chat with him. He told us about the best places to go in Plovdiv and was there at the airport on time and picked us up from the hotel on time. He was also very polite.

Great and reliable service. Driver was there waiting to collect us when we arrived at Bourgas airport and again timing was perfect on our return pick up. We had a slight annoyance with them asking us to pay in GBP to the driver when we arrived, which we did - but there was a £10 GBP note that was Bank of Scotland and the driver thought it was fake, just kept pointing to it saying 'No Queen'. The company subsequently emailed to say no bank in Bulgaria would accept this money as it wasn't English pounds and could we change it for Lev on return journey - this wasn't really any hassle for us - but 2 banks in Sozopol confirmed they would accept it as the notes were Sterling GBP. So we lost a bit of faith in their honesty. All in all though we cannot fault the shuttle service provided or indeed the promptness of the booking team in responding to emails etc They are all very polite and professional.
